The Dining Room The dining room features a fireplace with an Italian marble front and a beautiful Mahogany dining table with seven extensions to accommodate a large list of dinner guests. The dining room furniture is original to the Catlin and Archibald homes. The sideboard was restored in 2008 with a mirrored back which is decorative and functional as it would have provided additional reflection at at a time when homes were lit by candlelight. Built beneath the beautiful bay window in the dining room is a plush window seat housing the heating ducts and additional storage.
