Held at the Cultural Center Ballroom featuring a talk by Tony Robins on
Raymond Hood, designer of the Cultural Center. Mr. Robins has guided
walking tours of NYC’s architectural gems. He will discus Hood’s work
on the Masonic Temple’s design as well as some of his other
masterpieces including Rockefeller Center. $40 per person. Call

- October 2, 3, 9, 10, and 16 - “Scranton After Dark”
paranormal tours of Scranton.
This is a guided walking tour through the darkened streets of downtown
Scranton by candlelight for a glimpse into the city’s tragic and
macabre past. It is the only tour sanctioned by the Lackawanna
Historical Society. On October 17th a special presentation of recent
paranormal evidence collected from several actively haunted locations
will be offered. Tours will start at the Catlin House, 232 Monroe
Avenue in Scranton, at 6 pm or 8 pm. For reservations or more details

limited; if space is available, on-site registration begins at 5:45 pm
for the 6 pm tour and 7:45 pm for the 8 pm tour. Price: $10 for LHS
Members and $12 for Non-Members. Children 12 year and under are FREE.
