The Newsletter
The Lackawanna Historical Society Journal is published quarterly by the Lackawanna Historical Society and mailed free to members. In addition to articles of interest on local history, it provides advanced notice of all the events sponsored or co-sponsored by the Society.Interested in past articles or previous issues of The Journal? Download the index of articles from past newsletters. Please note that the index is in MS Excel 97-2003 format. To find the article title or issue number of an article, look to the left column of the row. You can contact The Society for back issues to read a specific article so record the issue number and date of your request. A nominal fee will be charged for copying and mailing the article to you. Not researching a specific topic? You can still browse through the spreadsheet to see previous articles that may be of interest.
